Servo Dynamics is committed to supporting our products and our customers. If you have purchased used equipment with a Servo Dynamics controller or motor we are happy to help you with technical issues related to our products.  In order to receive support please purchase the 90 Day Technical Support option here.

90 Day Technical Support Terms:

  • 1) All support ends 90 days after purchase.
  • 2) In order to effectively service our customers with our limited resources, we ask that you email support@servodynamics.com with as much detail as possible so that we can have the correct support person work with you.
  • 3) Your invoice number is your Technical Support number.  Please include that with all email correspondence and have it ready when you are calling for technical support.
  • 4) Servo Dynamics does NOT guarantee that we can resolve all issues.
  • 5) If we are unable to get the Servo Dynamics product working properly and you would like to purchase a new unit, we will apply $45 (or 50%) of the $90 payed in technical support towards the new purchase.

Servo Dynamics is also able to repair or refurbish most units.  You will find the RMA (Return Material Authorization) form on this website under Repairs & Service.
